I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, modern, and very comfortable with all necessary amenities, perfect for my family. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was central and convenient, making it easy to explore the city. My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was excellent, right in the center of Yerevan, making it convenient for late-night walks and close to popular attractions. However, the rooms on the first floor were dimly lit and lacked views, and the breakfast options could be improved. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally friendly staff.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and great for my kids but had some issues with the air conditioning and bathroom exhaust system, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff, especially Mariam who went above and beyond. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Yerevan within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was decent, although not up to a 5-star standard. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
